The theme is a bottle of champagne ready for a toast. The upper is made entirely of dark green Black Spruce patent leather, glossy like the glass of the bottle, a choice that sets aside the classic SB suede. The patent Metallic Gold Swooshes and the golden heel tab recall the foil on the cork, while the lining is black. On the tongue there's a crest logo and, hidden behind it, the French script “Depuis 2002”, meaning “since 2002”, the year Nike SB was born. Cork insoles, just like a champagne cork, and Gothic-style lettering finish the story with elegance.
