2. Who this Privacy Policy applies to
This notice applies to personal data processed by ResellZone in connection with the use of the Site and related services, including:

3. What personal data we may process
Depending on how the user utilizes the Site, ResellZone may process the following categories of personal data.

3.2 Account-related data
If a customer account is created, we may process information necessary to identify and manage it, as well as order history and preferences associated with the account.
3.3 Order and purchase-related data
We may process information regarding products purchased or added to an order, quantities, sizes, prices, promotional codes, delivery methods, order status, returns, refunds, and other information necessary for managing the contractual relationship.
3.4 Payment-related data
We may receive information regarding payment status, the method used, the transaction amount, and identifiers necessary to associate it with the order.
Full payment instrument details, such as the full card number and its security code, are normally processed directly by the payment providers used during checkout and are not stored directly by ResellZone.
3.5 Returns, withdrawal, and warranty data
When a return, exchange, withdrawal, refund, or warranty claim is requested, we may process the order number, contact details, information regarding the product and the request, and, when necessary, photographs, videos, or documents sent by the user to describe the issue.
3.6 Communication with Customer Service
When the user contacts ResellZone, we may process the content of messages, information provided voluntarily, and data necessary to identify the order or respond to the request.
3.7 Browsing and device data
During the use of the Site, technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, online identifiers, pages visited, date and time of requests, session information, and data necessary for operation, security, and fraud prevention may be collected.
Additional information may be collected via cookies or similar technologies. For processing that requires consent, such tools are used based on the preferences expressed by the user.

3.8 Marketing and preference data
If the user subscribes to the newsletter or provides the necessary consents, we may process the e-mail address, expressed preferences, interactions with commercial communications, and, where permitted, information regarding interests and previous interactions with ResellZone.
4. How we collect personal data

5. Purposes and legal bases for processing
5.1 Site operation and security
ResellZone may process technical and browsing data to allow the proper functioning of the Site, protect it from unauthorized access, prevent abuse, detect technical problems, and maintain appropriate security levels.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of ResellZone to ensure the functioning and security of its site and, where applicable, fulfillment of legal obligations.
5.2 Account creation and management
The data provided for account creation is used to allow the user to access reserved features, view order information, and use the services available to registered users.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and execution of the contractual relationship.
5.3 Order and purchase management
Personal data is processed to receive, verify, and manage orders, send the relevant confirmation, organize payment, prepare products, manage any pre-orders, and fulfill other activities necessary for the execution of the purchase.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Providing the data necessary for the purchase is mandatory to conclude and execute the contract. In the absence of such data, it will not be possible to complete the order.
5.4 Payments
Necessary data is processed to allow the execution of the payment, verify its outcome, prevent fraudulent operations, and manage any refunds.
Legal basis: performance of the contract, fulfillment of any legal obligations, and legitimate interest in fraud prevention and transaction security.
5.5 Shipping, delivery, and pickup
Contact and delivery data are used to prepare and ship the order, communicate necessary information to the carrier, allow tracking of the shipment, and manage any delivery problems or pickup, when available.

5.6 Communications regarding the order
ResellZone may send communications strictly related to the purchase or requested service, such as order confirmation, shipping updates, information regarding product availability, requests necessary for order fulfillment, or communications regarding returns and refunds.
Such communications are service-oriented and do not require marketing consent when necessary to manage the relationship with the user.

5.7 Support and information requests
The data provided by the user is used to respond to requests for information and support, check for any problems, and manage communications with the Customer.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, when the request concerns a purchase or a possible purchase, and legitimate interest of ResellZone to respond to other requests received.
5.8 Returns, exchanges, withdrawals, refunds, and warranty
Data is processed to receive and manage requests regarding exchanges, returns, exercising the right of withdrawal, refunds, damaged or non-conforming products, and legal warranty.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and fulfillment of obligations under applicable law, including the Consumer Code.
5.9 Administrative, accounting, and tax compliance
Purchase data may be processed for the issuance and storage of tax documents, accounting, administrative management, and fulfillment of other obligations required by law.
Legal basis: fulfillment of a legal obligation.
5.10 Fraud prevention, protection of rights, and dispute management
ResellZone may process personal data to the extent necessary to prevent or detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, payment disputes, or other illegal behavior, as well as to establish, exercise, or defend its rights in or out of court.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of ResellZone in the security of business operations, fraud prevention, and the protection of its rights, as well as any legal obligations.
5.11 Newsletter and marketing
If the user provides their consent, ResellZone may use the provided contact details to send newsletters, offers, promotional communications, information regarding new products, new releases, initiatives, and other commercial communications.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject.
Consent is optional and may be revoked at any time, using the unsubscribe link present in the received communications or by contacting ResellZone.
Revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the revocation and does not prevent purchasing on the Site.
5.12 Commercial communications to existing customers – soft spam
Within the limits permitted by Art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code, ResellZone may use the e-mail address provided by a Customer in the context of a completed purchase to offer, via e-mail, its own products or services similar to those previously purchased, without requesting new consent, provided that the Customer has not refused such use.
This exception concerns exclusively the conditions provided by law and is not automatically extended to SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
The Customer may object at any time, free of charge and simply, using the link in the e-mail or by contacting ResellZone.
Legal basis: Art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code and, where applicable, the legitimate interest of ResellZone in promoting its own similar products to existing customers.
5.13 Profiling, personalization, and advertising
Where such features are active and subject to consent when required by law, ResellZone may use information regarding browsing, purchases, interactions with the Site, and user preferences to understand the interests of its customers, personalize content and communications, or measure and improve advertising campaigns.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject when the processing uses cookies, tracking tools, or other technologies for which consent is required.
The user may manage their preferences regarding cookies and tracking tools through the tools provided on the Site.

ResellZone may invite Customers to share feedback on their shopping experience or post a review, including through specialized third-party services used by the Site.
When the request is solely for the purpose of assessing the service, the processing may be based on the legitimate interest of ResellZone to understand customer satisfaction levels and improve its services.
Any communications that also have a promotional purpose or are subject to specific consent requirements are handled in compliance with applicable marketing regulations.

8. Shopify
The Site is built and managed through the Shopify platform. In the context of providing e-commerce services, Shopify and its group companies may process personal data of visitors and Customers necessary for the operation of the online store, checkout, security, order management, and other Shopify services used by ResellZone.
Depending on the specific processing and service used, Shopify may act as a data processor on behalf of ResellZone or, in cases provided for by its own terms and privacy notices, as an independent data controller.
9. Payment providers
The Site may make available various payment methods, including, depending on checkout availability, payment cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, HeyLight, Satispay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
When the user chooses a payment service managed by a third party, the latter may process the data necessary for the execution and security of the transaction according to its own privacy policy.

10. Data transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some suppliers used by ResellZone, including technological platforms and suppliers of related services, may also process personal data in countries located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

11. Personal data retention
ResellZone retains personal data for a period no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, without prejudice to any longer period required or permitted by applicable law.

- data related to orders, contracts, and administrative and tax documentation: is retained for the period required by applicable civil, tax, and accounting regulations, generally up to 10 years for accounting documentation, unless further retention is necessary;
- account data: is retained for the period the account remains active or until a deletion request is made, it being understood that data linked to orders, legal obligations, disputes, or other relationships requiring further retention will not be deleted as long as that need persists;
- data related to customer support, returns, withdrawal, refunds, and warranties: is retained for the time necessary to manage the request and, subsequently, to the extent necessary to document the relationship and protect the rights of the parties for the terms provided by law;
- data processed based on consent for marketing purposes: is retained until consent is withdrawn or until it is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, with periodic checks on its relevance;
- data used for soft spam: is used until the data subject objects or until the conditions provided by law are no longer applicable;
- data related to profiling, analytics, and tracking tools: is retained according to the timeframes associated with individual tools, as indicated in the Cookie Policy or the preference management system;
- security data and logs: are retained for the time reasonably necessary to ensure the security of the Site, prevent fraud, and investigate any incidents, unless further retention is required due to a specific event.
In the event of a dispute, complaint, legal proceeding, or the need to establish, exercise, or defend a right, the relevant data may be retained for the additional period necessary to manage the relevant procedure.

Account deletion does not necessarily entail the immediate elimination of all personal data.

Data that is no longer necessary is deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

The provision of data marked as necessary during checkout or as part of a requested service is required to enable ResellZone to provide the service, conclude the contract, or fulfill obligations required by law.
Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to complete the purchase or provide the requested service.
The provision of data for newsletters, marketing, profiling, and the use of non-essential cookies is optional. Refusal or withdrawal of consent does not prevent the use of the essential features of the Site or making purchases.
14. Third-party data

ResellZone adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the nature of the data processed, the purposes of processing, and the risks, to protect personal data from loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
However, no computer system can be considered completely immune to risks. In the event of a personal data breach, ResellZone will adopt the measures provided for by applicable law, including, when the requirements are met, communications to the supervisory authority and the data subjects.
