The payment methods actually available for each order are shown during checkout and may vary based on the purchase amount, the device used, the delivery country, and the terms provided by the relevant payment service provider. Cash on delivery is not available.
Credit and debit cards
You can pay for your order using the main credit and debit cards available at checkout, including:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- Maestro;
- American Express.
Transactions may be subject to authentication and security systems required by the card-issuing institution and the provider responsible for managing the payment.
For security reasons, additional authentication may be required before confirming the transaction, such as through systems provided for by European electronic payment regulations.
ResellZone does not directly store complete payment card details when they are processed by the relevant provider.
PayPal
You can use PayPal to complete payment for your order, when available at checkout.
If you choose PayPal, the payment is managed through the services and security systems provided by PayPal and may be subject to the terms stipulated by the relevant provider.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
When available on your device, browser, and for the selected order, you can complete your purchase using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The availability of these methods is shown directly during checkout.
Installment payments with Klarna
With Klarna, when available and subject to approval by the relevant provider, you can split your order payment into 3 installments.
Service availability, deadlines, any requirements, and all applicable terms are shown before payment confirmation and are established by Klarna.
The granting of the installment solution is subject to the assessment and approval of the relevant service provider.
Installment payments with HeyLight
ResellZone also offers, when available, the option to pay via HeyLight, with installment plans ranging from 4 to 24 installments.
The actual number of installments available, amounts, any costs, access requirements, and applicable terms depend on the solution proposed by HeyLight and are communicated before finalizing the financing or payment.
Approval of the request is at the discretion of the relevant service provider.
Satispay
When available at checkout, you can make payments via Satispay.
To complete the transaction, simply follow the instructions shown during the payment process.
Bank transfer
You may choose to pay for your order via bank transfer when this method is available at checkout.
Bank details and instructions necessary to make the payment are provided during the order process or after confirmation.
The order is processed after the payment is received and verified.
It is important to correctly enter the requested information, such as the order number, in the payment reference so that ResellZone can match the payment to your purchase.
If payment is not received within the time frame indicated in the order instructions, ResellZone may cancel the order.
Cash on delivery
ResellZone does not accept cash on delivery. Therefore, it is not possible to pay for the order in cash or by any other method directly at the time of delivery.
To complete a purchase, you must use one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Payment security
Electronic payments are processed through specialized payment providers and systems.
Transactions may be subject to security checks, anti-fraud verifications, and authentication procedures required by the relevant payment institution.
In some cases, the provider, card issuer, or financial institution may decline a transaction or request further verification before authorizing it.
ResellZone cannot independently authorize a payment that has been declined by the provider or the institution managing the customer's payment instrument.
When is the order processed?
The order is processed after the payment has been successfully authorized, received, or confirmed, depending on the chosen method.
For methods requiring clearing times, such as bank transfer, order preparation can only begin after verification of payment receipt.
Payment currency
Prices shown on the Site for the Italian market are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Any shipping costs and other applicable charges are shown in the cart or during checkout before order confirmation.
For orders destined for other countries or markets, the currency, prices, and available payment methods may vary based on the settings shown on the Site.
Shipping costs
For orders destined for Italy, standard shipping is free for orders over €200, unless otherwise indicated by different terms or promotions on the Site.
For orders that do not reach the required threshold, any shipping costs are shown before purchase confirmation.

Refunds
When a refund is issued, ResellZone normally uses the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer or in cases where this is technically not possible.
