If you have made a purchase on ResellZone as a consumer, you can use this form to communicate your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, in cases where it is provided for by applicable law.
Right of withdrawal within 14 days
You may communicate your decision to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason.
In the case of a single order with multiple products delivered separately, the period begins from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the last product.
How to request a withdrawal
Fill out the form on this page by entering the email address used for the purchase and the order number.
Then select the product or products for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and confirm the request.
It is not necessary to indicate the reason for the withdrawal. Any field relating to the reason is optional.
After submitting, you will receive confirmation of the request at the email address provided.
Returning the product
After communicating your withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days of the date of the communication, following the instructions provided by ResellZone.
Unless otherwise indicated or agreed upon with ResellZone, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
The product must be handled with care. The consumer is liable for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We therefore recommend that you return the product complete with all items received, such as packaging, accessories, tags, extra laces, and other components, where present.
Refund
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, ResellZone will proceed with the refund in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The refund is normally made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed and within the limits provided by law.
ResellZone may withhold the refund until receipt of the products or until the consumer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Wrong, damaged, or non-compliant product?
If you have received a wrong, damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, do not use the withdrawal form as the primary method of assistance.
Contact the ResellZone team via the Contact Us page indicating the order number and describing the issue encountered.
Requests relating to non-compliant products are in fact managed according to the rules of the legal warranty of conformity and are distinct from the right of withdrawal.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal applies to purchases made as a consumer, except for exceptions expressly provided for by law.
In the event that a specific product falls under an exclusion provided for by regulation, this circumstance is communicated to the customer in accordance with the law.
