The products indicated with "Express/Instore" are already available in our warehouse and have a delivery time of 1/2 working days.
The products indicated with "Preorder" have a processing and delivery time that varies from 15 to 30 working days.
All remaining products not indicated have a delivery time ranging from 3 to 15 working days.


All orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders are processed the day after the order date, or the first available business day.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

The order is processed in a maximum of 2 working days.
It is then entrusted to the selected courier who will deliver the order to Italy in 1-2 days with Express courier.
Deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may have longer delivery times.

Shipping to Italy is free.

Credit card transactions are charged when your order is processed.

ResellZone cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of ResellZone.

When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive a notification email which provides the waybill number (AWB) relating to the order and a link to track it.

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. ResellZone packages are carefully sealed.

If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign for receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same.

In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the relevant courier's office and to promptly contact ResellZone at the email address support@rzcmail.it.

In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.

All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with ResellZone and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order.

If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the expense of the customer.
