Custom Tailoring

You have the option to personalize your Mystery Box by choosing the sizes and brands you prefer. Specify your size for tops, bottoms, and shoes, and select at least 5 brands from the following:

• Nike
• Off-White
• Pantalón Brand
• Supreme
• Travis Scott
• Yeezy

For example, you can indicate: Top size L, Bottom size M, Shoe size 44, and the brands Adidas, Nike, New Balance, Yeezy, Supreme.

Entering Your Preferences

To make your Mystery Box truly unique, enter your preferences in the "shipping address" section, in the "optional notes" field. If sizing specifications are missing or if at least 5 brands are not indicated, our team will fill in the missing information randomly.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that it is not possible to exchange or return Mystery Boxes. ResellZone reserves the right not to respond to any dissatisfaction or complaints regarding the contents of the box.

All products sold on ResellZone are guaranteed authentic thanks to the checks performed by our experts before being delivered to customers. Each item undergoes a rigorous quality and authenticity verification process, which includes a detailed examination of every element, from labels to stitching. Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping is free in Italy for all orders over €200.

Sneakers marked with "Express 24/48h" are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Sneakers without this indication will be ordered and delivered within 3-20 business days.

Would you like to make a return?

You can return your order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason, and receive a monetary refund.

Conditions for acceptance:

• The item must be intact, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition as when it was shipped.
  
• It must include original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, garment covers, etc.).
  
• The soles of the footwear must be perfect and show no signs of wear.
  
• The original box for shoes or accessories must be intact, undamaged, and not used as external packaging.

Return Procedure:

1. Prepare the item following the conditions indicated above.
   
2. Request the return via our portal.
   
3. Wait for the confirmation e-mail (approval or possible rejection).
   
4. If the return is accepted, you will need to arrange the return shipping yourself to this address:

Would you like to exchange for a different size?

To ensure a better shopping experience, we have implemented a size exchange policy that allows you to make exchanges if the size of the item you purchased is not perfect for you.

• First size exchange is free: you can request it within 14 days of delivery.
  
• The return shipping is at your expense, but the new shipment with the replacement product is free.
  
• Subsequent exchanges: return and new shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  

Conditions for acceptance:

• The item must be in original condition, unused, and complete with tags and packaging.
  
• When filling out the request, write the new desired size in the Notes section (e.g., ‘Size exchange: 42’).

Size Exchange Procedure:

1. Prepare the item following the conditions indicated above.
   
2. Request the exchange via our portal by entering the new size in the Notes section.
   
3. Wait for the confirmation e-mail (approval or possible rejection).
   
4. If the exchange is accepted, you will need to arrange the return shipping yourself to this address:

5. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will ship the new size free of charge to the address provided in your order if this is your FIRST size exchange.
   N.B. For subsequent exchanges, you will be asked for a contribution of €8 for shipping the new size.
