Nike SB Dunk Low Nardwuar

If you love rap and alternative music, you've seen at least one interview with Nardwuar the Human Serviette, the Canadian music journalist capable of catching anyone off guard with questions and curiosities that are impossible to find, the result of obsessive research on his guests. Snoop Dogg, Lil Uzi Vert, and Blur have all passed in front of his microphone, and in 2019 Vancouver even dedicated the Nardwuar Day to him, on September 29. With the Nike SB Dunk Low Nardwuar comes his first collaboration with Nike, which he himself has called a real "#lifegoal", signed by Nike SB.

The release came out in December 2025, first in skate shops on the 6th and then on SNKRS on the 9th. The absolute star is his famous Scottish hat tam o' shanter: the tartan upper takes it up with red, blue, yellow, and green patterns, while the Swoosh and heel are in black suede. The hat's pom-pom becomes an accessory to attach to the laces, and in the box you find contrasting alternative laces inspired by his wardrobe. His unmistakable final greeting appears in the comic strips printed on the heel tabs and on the translucent sole, while the Nardwuar logo on the insole sits alongside the Nike SB logo.

The base is that of the Nike Dunk, designed by Peter Moore in 1985 and adopted in the '90s by skaters for its flat sole, grip, and sturdy leather. In 2002 the Dunk Low Pro SB was born, with a padded tongue and Zoom Air insole, and since then SB collaborations have become a way to tell the stories of people and subcultures. An authentic and fun piece for SB collectors and music fans: wearing it is like entering one of his interviews.
