You can return your order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason, and receive a monetary refund.

Conditions for acceptance:

• The item must be intact, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition as when it was shipped.
  
• It must include original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, garment covers, etc.).
  
• The soles of the footwear must be perfect and show no signs of wear.
  
• The original box for shoes or accessories must be intact, undamaged, and not used as external packaging.

• The return shipping is at your expense, but the new shipment with the replacement product is free.
  
• Subsequent exchanges: return and new shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
