In 1991 Tinker Hatfield designed the Air Jordan 6, the shoe of the season in which Michael Jordan led the Chicago Bulls to their first NBA title. Among its iconic details are the heel spoiler, inspired by MJ’s German sports car, and the translucent outsole. The White Infrared is one of that year’s original colorways, alongside the famous Black Infrared, and in 2026, as the model turns 35, Jordan Brand brings it back in a version more faithful to its roots than ever.

The Air Jordan 6 Retro Infrared White (2026) drop in November 2026 and return after the 2010 and 2014 retros, with a change collectors had long been waiting for: the original Nike Air logo is back on the heel in place of the Jumpman, for the first time in 35 years on this colorway. The upper is white leather with perforations on the side panel and collar, while black covers the top of the tongue and the spoiler. Light Crimson accents light up the Jumpman, lace lock and midsole, with a visible Air unit in the heel and a translucent outsole completing the picture.
