Sneakers marked with "Express 24/48h" are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Sneakers without this indication will be ordered and delivered within 3-20 business days.

Would you like to make a return?

You can return your order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason, and receive a monetary refund.

Conditions for acceptance:

• The item must be intact, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition as when it was shipped.
  
• It must include original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, garment covers, etc.).
  
• The soles of the footwear must be perfect and show no signs of wear.
  
• The original box for shoes or accessories must be intact, undamaged, and not used as external packaging.

Return Procedure:

1. Prepare the item following the conditions indicated above.
   
2. Request the return via our portal.
   
3. Wait for the confirmation e-mail (approval or possible rejection).

To ensure a better shopping experience, we have implemented a size exchange policy that allows you to make exchanges if the size of the item you purchased is not perfect for you.

• First size exchange is free: you can request it within 14 days of delivery.
  
• The return shipping is at your expense, but the new shipment with the replacement product is free.
  
• Subsequent exchanges: return and new shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

• When filling out the request, write the new desired size in the Notes section (e.g., ‘Size exchange: 42’).
