In the film the Monstars become giants thanks to a mysterious magic ball that can steal the talent of NBA stars and hand it over to them. For the film's 30th anniversary, Jordan Brand chose that very object as the inspiration for a brand-new colorway: not a re-release of a pair MJ wore, but a creative take on one of the most beloved moments of the movie.

The Air Jordan 11 Retro Space Jam Magic Ball (W) drop on November 11, 2026 in women's sizes, as the first of the three Jordan 11s in the anniversary collection. Instead of the classic glossy patent, the upper shows off a matte, color-shifting finish that changes tone with the light and the viewing angle, just like the glowing ball in the film. Laces and midsole are black, while the insole carries the celebratory Space Jam 30th anniversary logo. On the back of the tongue, a label celebrates the legacy of an icon that defies space and time.
