Restituzione:

Il cliente ha la possibilità di restituire l’ordine, in tutto o in parte, per qualsiasi motivo. Gli articoli possono essere resi per un rimborso in denaro o per ottenere uno store credit, entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricezione del pacco.

Per essere accettati, gli articoli devono essere restituiti nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati inviati, confezionati in modo ordinato e completi di tutte le etichette originali, involucri e accessori (come dustbag o copriabiti). Non devono essere stati indossati, lavati o alterati in alcun modo. Le suole delle calzature devono essere perfette e prive di segni d’usura, mentre la confezione originale delle calzature e degli accessori deve essere integra, non danneggiata o utilizzata come scatola per la spedizione.
