Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping is free within Italy for all orders over €200.

Sneakers marked with "Express 24/48h" are available in-store and ready to be shipped.

Sneakers without this indication will be ordered and delivered within 3-20 business days.

Would you like to make a return?

You may return your order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason to receive a monetary refund.

Acceptance conditions:

• The item must be intact, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition as it was shipped.
  
• It must include original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, garment covers, etc.).
  
• Shoe soles must be perfect and show no signs of wear.
  
• The original box for shoes or accessories must be intact, undamaged, and not used as external packaging.
  

Return Procedure:

1. Prepare the item according to the conditions listed above.
   
2. Request the return via our portal.
   
3. Wait for the confirmation email (acceptance or possible rejection).
   
4. If the return is accepted, you must independently organize the return shipment to this address:

Would you like to exchange for a different size?

To ensure a better shopping experience, we have implemented a size exchange policy that allows you to make exchanges if the size of the item you purchased is not perfect for you.

• First size exchange free: you can request it within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Return shipping is at your expense, but the new shipment with the replacement product is free.
  
• Subsequent exchanges: return and new shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  

Acceptance conditions:

• The item must be in original condition, unused, and complete with tags and packaging.
  
• When filling out the request, write the new desired size in the Notes section (e.g., ‘Size exchange: 42’).

Size Exchange Procedure:

5. Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the new size free of charge to the address indicated in your order if it is your FIRST size exchange.
